GOOD storytelling requires a GOOD Story structure

Good storytelling requires a good structure.

And the structure can be really simple.

  1. Start with the vision/purpose- Why does your team/work exist.

  2. Frame the problem- What are the barriers to achieve that vision.

  3. Stage your solution- Why is your solution the best solution and how are you uniquely positioned to solve it.

When you follow a clear story structure, you don’t have to fight for attention—you earn it.

I unpack this (and a lot more) on The Experience Edge Podcast with Jochem van der Veer.
